Subject: Entry visit visas for (Business and Tourism) purposes for citizens of Saudi Arabia and the Federative Republic of Brazil. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. Airlines are allowed to transport citizens of Saudi and the Federative Republic of Brazil holders of multiple-entry visas for (Business and Tourism) purposes with a visa validity of (5) years and allow stays of up to (90) days in the territories of both countries. 2. Airlines shall take necessary precautions at the point of embarkation to ensure that persons are in possession of the documents prescribed by the States of transit and destinations for control purposes. 3. All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars and procedures issued by GACA.
