This service enables citizens and residents to inquire about the status of their Hajj permit.

Login to Absher platform and select Inquiries > Civil Affairs > Hajj permit Query
The system displays the welcome page for the service with their terms and conditions.
Enter the following data: (ID/Iqama number, date of birth (Hijri/Gregorian), visual code)
Select “Hajj permit Query”
The system displays the status of the Hajj permit
