To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including General Aviation
Subject: Allowing direct entry from all countries, for passengers who received one dose of the vaccine inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reference:
1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. GACA Circular No. (4/43917) dated 02-02-2021.
3. GACA Circular No. (4/79039) dated 03-07-2021.
4. GACA Circular No. (5/22183) dated 11-11-2021.
Instructions:
1. Direct entry from all countries is allowed for passengers who have received one dose of the vaccine inside the Kingdom, provided institutional quarantine procedures are applied on them for a period of (3) days. This shall be effective as of (01:00) hrs. on Saturday, 04/12/2021.
2. All airlines must continue to keep the travelers aware about the importance of complying with the precautionary and preventive measures approved in the Kingdom.
3. Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government order. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible.

التعليمات:
السحاب بالقدوم المباشر من جميع الدول، للمسافرين ممن تلقوا جرعه
واحده من اللقاح داخل المملكه، مع تطبيق اجراءات الحجر المؤسس
عليهم لمده (٢) ايام، وذلك اعتبارا من الساعه (٠١:٠٠) صاحا من يوم
السبت الموافق ٢٩/٤/٢٩
٢. علي جميع الناقلات الاستمرار بتوعيه المسافرين باهميه الانتزام
بتنطبيق جميع الاجراءات الاحترازيه والتدابير الوقاييه المعتمده في
المملكه.
٣. ان عدم الانتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخافه صريحه
لاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
و tightه المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
