This service enables newly married female citizens to electronically request the issuance of a family registr, with the option of delivering the document to the registered national address.

Log in to Absher platform website
Choose "Civil Affairs Services," then "Family Register Services," and finally "Issue Family Register for Mothers"
Review the welcome page and the service terms
Select "New Request"
View the details of the family register card
Click "Next"
Registered addresses in Absher will be displayed
Choose the delivery address and click "Next"
Complete the application and pay the delivery fees
Save the reference number after your request is submitted
