9/15 24 الرقم 24.1.7/2023 المرفقات VISIONS OF 1961 23330 GACA® الهييه العامه للطيران المدني General Authority of Civil Aviation (٢٥٦) السياسات الاقتصاديه والخدمات اللوجستيه تعميم GACA Circular To: All Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Subject: Disclose current and future marketing alliance agreements related to the operations to, from, or within the territory of Saudi Arabia. Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. Article 21 of Economic Regulation of Air Transport Services Instructions: - All licensed airlines must disclose to GACA all marketing alliance agreements related to the operations to, from, or within the territory of Saudi Arabia such as: code sharing, blocked space, joint ventures or equipment use between air carriers. - All airlines seeking to engage in new marketing alliance agreements related to the operations to, from, or within the territory of Saudi Arabia such as: code sharing, blocked space, joint ventures or equipment use between air carrier must submit to GACA the required information of the agreements as per Article 21 of the Economic Regulations for air transport services no less than ninety (90) days in advance of the expected date of signing. الموضوع الافضاح عن افقرافات النجافات التسويفيه الجاليه والمستقبليه المرتبطه بالعمليات التسعيليه في المملكه. المرجع: 1. الماده (٢٢) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٢. الماده (٢١) من اللغه الافضاده للفصل الحوي. التعليمات: • يجب علي جميع الناقلات الجويه المزحه الاقصاح للهينه عن جمع افقات التحالفات التسوييه المثمرمه وذلك بحسب ازناطها بالرحلات المسيره من والي المملكه او في اقيمها مثل اتفاقيات مشاركه الرموز او نتراح المعاد، او المستارع المستركه (VJ) ، او اتفافيات استعمال التحهيرات بين الناقلات الجويه. • يجب علي جميع الناقلات الجويه في حال رغبتها نوقيع اتفاقيات التحالفات التسوييه وذلك بحسب ارتباطها بالرحلات المسيره من والي المملكه او في اقليمها مثل اتفاقيات مشاركه الرموز، او شراء المعايد، او المتナーرع المستركه (VJ) ، او اتفاقيات استعمال التجهيرات بين الناقلات الجويه ان تقدم للهنه المعلومات الداعمه الكافيه وفق ما ورد في الماده (١) من اللايحه الاقتصاديه لخدمات النقل الحوي قبل فتره لا تقل عن (٩٠) تسعين يوما من التاريخ المحدد لابرام الانفاق. الرقم التاريخ المرفقات VISIONAL 10 2330 GACA® الهييه العامه للطيران المدني General Authority of Civil Aviation (٢٥٦) السياسات الاقتصاديه والخدمات اللوجستيه - Any inquiries related to this circular can be sent to the e-mail of the Economic Legislation Department in GACA: (ER@gaca.gov.sa). - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders.
