Subject: The exemption for citizens of Georgia and The Federation of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis holders of (Regular, Diplomatic, Service, and Official) Passports from entry visa. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. Airlines are allowed to transport citizens of Georgia and The Federation of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis holders of (Diplomatic, Service, Official, and Regular) passports to enter each other's countries and stay without a visa for a period not exceeding (90) days within (180) days. 2. Airlines shall take necessary precautions at the point of embarkation to ensure that persons are in possession of the documents prescribed by the States of transit and destinations for control purposes. 3. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible, and legal procedures shall be initiated against them. Attachment(s): Nil. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: اعفاء مواطني جورجيا ووطني اتحاد سانت كريستوفر (سانت كيتس) ونيفيس حاملي جوازات السفر (العاديه، والدبلوماسيه، والخدمه، والرسميه) من تاشيره الدخول. المرجع: 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. التعليمات: 1. السماح لشركات الطيران بنقل المسافرين من مواطني جورجيا ومواطني اتحاد سانت كريستوفر (سانت كيست) ونيفيس حاملي جوازات السفر (العاديه، والدبلوماسيه، والخدمه، والرسميه) والدخول الي اراضي الطرفين والاقامه فيها بدون تاشيره لمده اقصاها (٩٠) يوما خلال اي فتره (١٨٠) يوما. 2. يجب علي شركات الطيران اتخاذ الاحتياطات الضروريه عند نقطه الصعود الي الطايره، للتاكد من حمل الاشخاص للوثايق التي تحددها دول العبور ودول المقصد لاغراض المراقبه. 3. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعليم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه، ويرتب اتحاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك. المرفقات : لا يوجد نايب الرييس التنفيذي للنقل الجوي والتعاون الدولي Executive Vice President for Air Transport and International Cooperation +977 11 050 3333: فاكس: +977 11 050 3333: 1001 هاتف: 1001 الرياض 5707. 8.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.
