GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject:
The mutual exemption between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Kosovo from the short-term residence visa for holders of (Diplomatic, Official, and Private) passports.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.
Instructions:
1. Allowing airlines to transport passengers, holders of (Diplomatic, Official, and Private) passports of the Kingdom's citizens, and the Republic of Kosovo citizens without the need for a short-term residence visa.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible, and legal procedures shall be initiated against them.

ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاون التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه
صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وستعم اتخاذ الاجراعات النظاميه
يحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
