We would like to inform you the working hours during the holy month of Ramadan. In addition to Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha holidays for this year, as the following: First. Working hours during the holy month of Ramadan: - The daily working hours during Ramadan this year will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Second. Eid Al-Fitr holiday: - This year's Eid Al-Fitr holiday shall start at the end of working day of Thursday 27/9/1446 AH corresponding to 27/3/2025AD. Operations shall resume on Thursday 5/10/1446 AH corresponding to 3/4/2025 AD (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar). Third. Eid Al-Adha holiday: - This year's Eid Al-Adha holiday shall start at the end of working day of Wednesday 8/12/1446 AH corresponding to 4/6/2025 AD. Operations shall be resume on Wednesday 15/12/1446 AH corresponding to 11/6/2025 AD (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar). - All companies that provide health insurance services must ensure the continuity of operations in health insurance approvals department, Customer Service and Call Center including Digital Services throughout both Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha holidays in order to meet the needs of the insureds and beneficiaries of insurance coverage.
