To: All Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including General Aviation.
Subject: Permitting to board passengers with "Premium Residency" and their families with an expired exit and return visa to KSA.
Reference:
Article (23) of the civil Aviation law
Instructions:
Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including General Aviation must to board passengers with "Premium Residency" and their families with an expired exit and return visa to KSA and to give notice to the passenger to pay the renewal fee upon arrival.
