[Non-Text] الاستعمال Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 1742 :Ref. / الرقم 10/05/2021 :Date/التاريخ 1 Circular For all accredited private providers of health care services and qualified companies Subject: the updated documentary cycle Based on the strategic objectives of the Council to enable health service providers and health insurance companies to raise the level of their services, and in accordance to Ministerial Resolution No. (1143) dated 06/6/1442 AH, which includes the approval of the Chairman of the Cooperative Health Insurance Council of the Standard Contract, the approval of the updated documentary cycle, and reflecting the amendments on Articles (98,97,90) of the Executive Regulations of the Cooperative Health Insurance Law; In reference to the General Secretariat of the Council's receiving a number of inquiries about the updated documentary cycle; and with the aim of its gradual application, the General Secretariat of the Council wishes to clarify the following: 1- The updated documentary cycle is applied to new and renewed contracts as of 1/2/2021, according to the Standard Contract Agreement between insurance companies and health care service providers. 2- Contracts in effect before 1/2/2021 shall continue in the previous documentary cycle, provided that they are updated according to the Standard Contract Agreement and the updated documentary cycle upon renewal, not exceeding one year from the date on which the Council circulated the Standard Contract number (1197) and the date of 27/1/2021 AD. Health service providers and health insurance companies shall submit a plan to adhere to the Standard Contract according to the specified period within a month from the date of this Circular by e-mail: supervision@cchi.gov.sa تعميم لكافه مقدمي خدمات الرعايه الصحيه المعتمدين في القطاع الخاص و الشركات المؤهله الموضوع: الدوره المستديه المحدثه انطلاقا من اهداف المجلس الاستراتيجيه ولتمكين مقدمي الخدمه الصحيه و شركات التامين الصحي من رفع مستوي خدماتهم ، واشاره الي القرار الوزاري رقم (1143) بتاريخ (1442/6/6 الصحي التعاوني للعقد الموحد، واعتماد الدوره المستنديه (98,97,90) من اللايحه التنفيذيه لنظام الضمان الصحي التعاوني. و اشاره الي تلقي الامانه العامه للمجلس لمجموعه من الاستفسارات حيال الدوره المستنديه المحدثه، ويهدف التدرج في التطبيق عليه تود الامانه العامه للمجلس توضيح الاتي: - 1- يتم تطبيق الدوره المستنديه المحدثه علي العقود الجديده والمجده اعتبارا من تاريخ 1/21/2021 ووفقا لنموذج العقد الموحد بين شركات التامين ومقدمي خدمات الرعايه الصحيه. 2- تستمر العقود الساريه قبل تاريخ 2021/2/1 بالدوره المستنديه السابقه علي ان يتم تحديدها وفقا لنموذج العقد الموحد والدوره المستنديه المحدثه عند تجديدها وبما لا يتجاوز سنه من تاريخ عميم المجلس للعقد الموحد برقم (1197) وتاريخ 2021/1/27 كما يتعين علي مقدمي الخدمه الصحيه وشركات التامين الصحي تقدمي خطه الالتزام بالعقد الموحد حسب المده المحدده وذلك خلال شهر من تاريخ هذا التعميم علي الربيد الالكتروني: supervision@cchi.gov.sa
