GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject:
Accepting the new Visas form for passengers traveling to the Kingdom.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. Article No. (138) of the Civil Aviation Law.
3. GACA Circular No. (5/8295) Dated 16/10/2023.
Background:
The new identity of the platform “KSA VISA” was launched on 19/12/2023 which includes a new Visas form.
Instructions:
1. All airlines must accept the new Visas form for passengers traveling to the Kingdom.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible and legal procedures shall be initiated against them.

٢. الماده رقم (١٣٨) من نظام الطيران المدني.
٣. تعميم الهييه رقم (٨٩٥/٠١ و تاريخ ١٩٥/٠٤).
نبوده:
تم اطلاق الهويه الجديده للمتحده "KSA VISA" باتريخ ٢٣/١٢/١٩
ومنوذج التاشيرات الجديد.
التعليمات:
يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران قبول النموذج الجديد التاشيرات ١.
المسافرين القادمين الي المملكه.
٢. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه صريحه
لاوامر الحكوميه وسیتم اتحاذ الاجراات النظاميه بحق المخالف
وTCHMILE MSAQUOLIE المتpertه علي ذلك.
