Subject: Amending the mechanism of applying Security Charges for aircraft and allowing airlines to settle airport building charges (ABC) for domestic and international flights at King Abdulaziz International Airport, King Khalid International Airport and King Fahd International Airport.

الي: كافه المطارات المعنيه وشركات الطيران بما يشمل الطيران العام
في مطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه.
الموضوع: تعديل اليه تطبيق الاجور الامنيه للطارات والسامح لشركات
الطيران بتسويه اجور استخدام مرافق المطارات (ABC) للرحلات
المحليه والدوليه في مطار الملك عبدالجزير الدولي ومطار الملك خالد
الدولي ومطار الملك فهد الدولي.

يتم تحصيل الاجور الامنيه للطارات في مطار الملك عبد العزيز
الدولي ومطار الملك خالد الدولي ومطار الملك فهد الدولي من
الركاب المغادرين فقط علي الرحلات المحليه والدوليه، واعفاء
الركاب القادمين وفقات الركاب الاخري حسب المرفق (١) وذلك
.٢٠٢٢/١٠/١ ١٠
يمكن لشركات الطيران تسويه اجور استخدام مرافق المطار (ABC)
للرحلات المحليه والدوليه في مطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي ومطار
الملك خالد الدولي ومطار الملك فهد الدولي للتذاكر المباعه ما قبل
تاريخ (٢٠٢٢/٠٩/٧) وذلك لعده السفر (من تاريخ ١٠/٢٠٢٢/١) حتي
تاريخ (٢٠٢٢/١٢/٢) بعد تقدميم المستندات المطلوبه وفق التواريخ
المحدده من قبل المطارات.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه صريحه
لاؤوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف

7) Aircraft Security Charges: Applicable only to departing domestic and international passengers, as following:

Note: Aircraft Security Charges shall not be directly/separately levied from passengers
The following passenger categories are exempted from Security Charges and Special Security Charges as
follows:
- Arrival passengers.
- Infant passengers.
- Crew members.
- Members of technicians:
members of mechanics.
- Crew members who have been registered on the airline carriers, list as cabin crew members, cabin crew members and hold an
- Identification badge (pilots, aircraft engineers, cabin crew members or technicians).
- Transit Passengers who will stay inside the aircraft and will not use airport facilities.
- Sky marshals returning on the same aircraft.
- Domestic and international transfer passengers and general aviation passengers are executed from
Security Charges only:
8) Airlines must send operational/rights data in a timely manner as per airports instructions and
that the data is accurate.
