Subject: The importance of ensuring that the passenger's travel document and the visa are valid though the Visas website. Reference: Article no. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. In the absence of the exit stamp in the passports, or suspicion of the validity of the stamp, airlines must verify the validity of the travel document and the visa for travelers through the Visas website (www.passportevisa.com), before the travel gate (the final passenger boarding gate). 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
