To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation. Subject: Adding the countries (Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Barbados, and Grenada) to the list of nationalities of Group (A) countries wishing to obtain a visitor visa for tourism upon arrival to the Kingdom's airports. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (8295/5) Dated 16/10/2023. 3. GACA Circular No. (2248/5) Dated 08/08/2023. 4. GACA Circular No. (45116/5) Dated 24/03/2022. Instructions: 1. Allowing airlines to transport passengers with nationalities of Group A countries, according to the updated list of countries clarified on the website: (www.visa.visitsaudi.com), wishing to obtain a visit visa for tourism through eVisa or upon arrival in the Kingdom's airports. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible and legal procedures shall be initiated against them.
