Subject : Vaccination against meningitis for passengers coming to Saudi Arabia for Hajj or Umrah. Reference: Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: - All carriers operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must ensure that all passengers coming to Saudi Arabia with Hajj visa are vaccinated against meningitis. - The meningitis vaccination is not mandatory for passengers coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Umrah visa. - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible. Attachment(s): Nil. التعليم ضد مرض التهاب السحايا للقادمين الي المملكه العربيه السعوديه لقرض الحج او العره. المرجع: (٢) من نظام الطيران المدني. التعليمات: يجب علي جميع العلاقات العامه بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه التاكد من توافر التطعيم ضد مرض التهاب السحايا للمسافرين القادمين من خارج المملكه العربيه السعوديه بتاشيره الحج. ان التطعيم ضد مرض التهاب السحايا لا يعتبر الزاميا علي المسافرين القادمين من خارج المملكه العربيه السعوديه بتاشيره العمره. ان عدم الالتزام بالعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتح米尔ه المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
