تعليم الموضوع: التعامل و الربط مع المنصات الالكترونيه. Subject: Linking and dealing with electronic platforms. Dear CEO, Dear CCO, Greetings, With regards to the Central Bank's “SAMA” supervisory responsibility over the insurance sector in the Kingdom, and in reference to the objectives of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law and its implementing regulation to protect the policyholders as well as enhancing the stability of the insurance market. Also, with respect to SAMA’s keenness to ensure data protection related to the insurance business in the Kingdom. And with reference to SAMA’s circular number (43045328) dated 1443/05/19 H, wherein SAMA referred to the Personal data protection law (issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 1443/2/9 H), that imposed steps that the financial institutions shall adhere in order to ensure fully compliance with its provisions. Accordingly, and in order to enhance the protection of the personal date for the financial institutions clients within the insurance sector. Please be informed that all companies working within the insurance sector must adhere to the following: 1. Do not link with any electronic platform without obtaining SAMA's prior non-objection. Companies whom already linked with electronic platforms must review their regulatory statue and submit to SAMA for correction within (30) days from the date of this Circular. الرقم:ت.ع.م/٢٥٦/٢٠٢١٢ التاريخ: 2022/12/14 المحترم المحترم سعاده الرييس التنفيذي مسؤول الالتزام السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته. اتساقا مع ادوار البنك المركزي الرقابيه والاشرافيه علي قطاع التامين، وانطلاق من اهداف نظام مراقبه شركات التامين التعاوني ولانحته التنفيذيه من حمايه حقوق المؤمن لم في المملكه وتوطيد استقرار قطاع التامين، واشاره الي حرص البنك المركزي علي ضمان حفظ المعلومات والبيانات الخاصه باعمال التامين لدي الشركات العامله في قطاع التامين في المملكه. وامتداد للتعميم رقم (43.40528) و تاريخ ١٤/٩/٥/١٩ البيانات الشخصيه الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (١٩/٥) وتاريخ (١٤/٣) ه، والتاكيد علي المؤسسات الماليه الخاصه لا اشراف البنك المركزي الالتزام بما ورد فيه لضمان خصوصيه البيانات الشخصيه ومنع اساءه استخدامها وتنظيم مشاركتها. عليه، وتعزيزا لاهميه حمايه البيانات الشخصيه ل عمليه ل生效aspsات الماليه في قطاع التامين، يؤكد البنك المركزي بانه يتعين علي جميع الشركات العامه في القطاع الاتزام بالاتي: 1 - عدم الربط التقني مع اي منصه الكترونيه دون الحصول علي عدم ممانعه البنك المركزي المسابقه. وعلي الشركات المرتبطه بمنصات الكترونيه مراجعه اوضاعها النظاميه والتقدم للبنك المركزي للتصحيح خلال مده لا تتجاوز (٣٠) يوم من تاريخ التعميم. 1 2. Do not provide any electronic platforms with any data or information related to insurance business without obtaining SAMA's prior non-objection. 3. Fully comply with the relevant procedures and instructions issued by SAMA before linking or exchanging data with licensed or authorized platforms by SAMA. - ٢- عدم تزويد اي منصه الكترونيه باي بيانات او معلومات متعلقه باعمال التامين قبل الحصول علي عدم ممانعه البنك المركزي المسابقه. - ٣- الالتزام بالاجراءات النظاميه ذات العلاقه قبل الربط او تبادل البيانات او المعلومات مع اي منصه مرخصه او مصرح لها من البنك المركزي. These provisions shall not prejudice any previous authorizations or licenses previously issued by SAMA for linking with electronic platforms. لا تخل هذه المنطلبات بالتصاريح والتراخيص الصادره مسبقا من البنك المركزي للربط التقني.
