V VISION 23:30 www.guardil.com KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA GACA® الهينه العامه للطيران المدني General Authority of Civil Aviation (707) قطاع السياسات الاقتصاديه والترجمان الدولي تعميم GACA Circular To: All Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation. Subject: the necessity for disclosing to the relevant authorities, the amount of cash, jewelry, and precious metals in the possession of passengers exceeding the permissible limit allowed as per the Kingdom's laws (2). Reference: 1. Article No. (23) Of Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA Circular No. (5/39007) dated 16/02/2022. Instructions: - Airlines must inform all incoming and outgoing passengers to/from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia about the requirement for disclosing to the relevant authorities, the amount of cash, jewelry, and precious metals in their possession, exceeding the permissible limit allowed as per the Kingdom's laws. This must be communicated to passengers in multiple languages through text messages and emails of passengers registered in the reservation system. - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders.
