Subject: Compliance with Customer Protection Regulations. Reference: Direction of H.E. the Board Chairman of General Authority of Civil Aviation No. (20/380) dated on 26/5/1438AH. Background: The General Civil Aviation Authority (GACA) has issued the Customer Protection Regulations to regulate the relationship between passengers and air carriers and it was noted that some air carriers were not committed to implementing the provisions of these regulations. Instructions: All air carriers operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall comply with and implement the Consumer Protection Regulations and work with it. Attachment(s): Nil.
