Greetings,
Reference to the responsibilities of the Insurance Authority issued by the Council of Ministers' Resolution No. (85) dated 15/08/2023AD; in accordance with the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 31/07/2003AD and its Implementing Regulation issued by the Decision of the Minister of Finance No. (1/596) dated 01/03/1425H, pursuant to Insurance Intermediaries Regulation issued by ruling No. (432/289) dated 14/11/1432H.
We inform you with the following:
The insurance broker's commission must be settled with the insurance company as follows:
- The insurance company is obligated to provide the insurance broker with the account statement within ten (10) calendar days of the beginning of each month (Gregorian calendar).
- The insurance broker shall be obligated to acknowledge the amount due within five (5) working days upon receipt of the account statement from the insurance company, for settlement purposes.

- The insurance companies and insurance brokers must begin implementing the provisions of the circular effective 01/08/2025.

لوسطه ووكله التامين الصادره بموجب
القرار رقم (432/289) وتاريخ 14/132/1/14
نفيдكم بالاتي:
ي تعين تسويه عمله وسيط التامين مع
شركه التامين علي النحو الاتي:
• تلزم شرك التامين بتزيد وسيط
التامين بكشف الحساب خلال (10 ايام)
تقويميه لبدايه كل شهر ميلادي.
• يلزم وسيط التامين بتزيد وسيط
المستحق له خلال (5 ايام) عمل من
التامين: لغرض التسويه.
• يلزم وسيط التامين بتزيد
المستحق له خلال (5 ايام) عمل من
استلام كشف الحساب من شركه
التامين: لغرض التسويه.
• تلزم شرك التامين بتحويل مبلع
العمله الي وسبط التامين خلال (5 ايام)
عمل من استلام اعتماد المبلغ
المستحق من وسبط التامين.
يعين علي شركات التامين وشركات
وساطه التامين البدء ب tangييف احكام
المعيم اعتبارا من تاريخ 02/08/2025.
