To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including General and Private Aviation.
Subject: Banning of filming and photography in dual-purpose (military and civilian) airports.
Reference:
1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act.
2. National Program for Aviation Security.
الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران العام والطيران الخاص.
الموضوع: منع التصوير في المطارات مزدوجه الاستعمال (عسكري/مدني).

1. الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني.
٢. البرنامج الوطني لامن الطيران.
التعليمات:
Instructions:
1. Insuring that All workers/employees working in the dual purpose (military and civilian) airports in the Kingdom, as per the National Aviation Security Program, filming and taking photographs using cameras, mobile phones and/or any other device for personal purposes as well as for publishing such pictures/clips in any public media/sites, including Social Media, is strictly prohibited.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, Violators shall be punished accordingly.
1. التاكيد علي جميع الموظفين بالالترام بما ورد في البرنامج الوطني لامن
الطيران علي انه "يمنع منعا باتا التصوير بالاجهزه الذكيه وغيرها
لاغراض شخصيه من قبل الموظفين والعاملين في الساحات الجويه
ونشر الصور والمقاطع علي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعيه او اي وسيله
اعلام اخري".
2. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
