Subject: Obligation to provide the declaration form of valuable or precious items. الي: كافه شركات الطيران العامله من مطارات المملكه ووكلانها. الموضوع : وجوب توفير نموذج اقصاح عن الامتهه الثمينه او مرتفعه القيمه. Reference: Paragraph (2) of Article (22) of the Convention for Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage By Air, known as “Montreal Convention 1999”, and paragraph (2) of Article (13) of the GACA Customer Protection Rights Regulation. Background: Abovementioned References urge passengers wishing to increase the value of the compensation of valuable or precious items contained in checked in baggage to fill out a declaration form which prepared by the air carrier and approved by the GACA. Instructions: All Airlines must provide the declaration form of valuable or precious items mentioned in paragraph (2) of Article (13) of GACA Customer Protection Rights Regulation in all check-in points at airports where the mentioned Regulation is Applied. Airlines must provide the form within a period of maximum (30) days starting from the date of issuing this circular. Failure to comply with this instruction, legal action will be taken in accordance to Chapter 12 of Saudi Civil Aviation Law. Attachment(s): Nil. الفقره (٢) من الماده (٢) اتفاقيه توحيد بعض قواعد النقل الحوي الدولي المعروفه باسم "معاهده مونتريال ١٩٩٩" والفقره (٢) من الماده الثالثه عشره من اللانحه التNFيذيه لحمايه حقوق العملاء. نبه: الفقرات المشار اليها تحث المسافر الراغب في رفع قيم التعويضات عن الامتهه المسجله مرتفعه الثمن ان يقوم بتعبيه نموذج اقصاح معد من قبل النقال الجوي ومعتمد من الهييه. التعليمات: يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران توفير نماذج اقصاح للمسافرين عن الامتهه التي تحتوي علي متعلقات ثمنيه او مرتفعه القيمه المشار اليها في الفقره (٢) من الماده الثالثه عشره من اللانحه التنفيذيه لحمايه حقوق المعلام بجميع نقط تسجيل الامتهه في المطارات التي تندرج ضمن نطاق تطبيق احكام هذه اللانحه، وذلك في خلال مده اقصاها شهر من تاريخه. وفي حاله عدم الالتزام بتوفير النماذج المشار اليها خلال المده المحدده، سيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه وفقا لاحكام الفصل الثاني عشر من نظام الطيران المدني السعودي. المرفقات: لا توجد رييس الهييه العامه للطيران المدني President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation عبدالحكيم بن محمد التميمي Abdulhakim M.
