Subject: Transport of the Tunisians human remains by air from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Tunisia. الي: جميع شركات الطيران الوطنيه العامه (من/الي) مطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه وشركات خدمات مناوله النحن الجوي. الموضوع: نقل جثمان المتوفين التونسيين من المملكه العربيه السعوديه جوا : الي الجمهوريه التونسيه. المرجع: Reference: • Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. • The Minister of Foreign Affairs letter No. 001/41/188540 dated on 25/08/1441 AH. (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. برقيه معالي وزير الخارجيه رقم ٠٠١/٤١/١٨٨٤٠ و تاريخ 1441/08/25 Background: The General Authority of Civil Aviation has received procedures for transferring the Tunisians human remains from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Tunisian Republic in accordance with the instructions that issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Instructions: Airlines must comply to the following: Obtaining licenses from the General Administration of Aviation of the Tunisian Ministry of Transportation and Logistics via the following email: (TCAA.permits@mt.gov.sa).
