GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.
Subject: Operating the full capacity of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia airports.
Reference:
1- Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act.
2- GACA Circular No. (4/1454) dated 20/06/2020.
3- GACA Circular No. (4/5957) dated 13/09/2020
Instructions:
1. The full capacity of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia airports will be used to operate domestic and international flights.
2. Verification of immunization status shall be continued through application "Tawakkalna".
3. As of Sunday (17/10/2021) shall apply the above instructions.
4. Failure to comply with the circulars issued by the authority is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal measures will be taken to investigate the violator and hold him responsible for that.

تعميم الهييه رقم (١٥٤/٨) وتاريخ ٢.
٢. تعميم الهييه رقم (٥٩٥/٢٥) وتاريخ ٣.
التعليمات:
1. سوف يتم استخدام كامل الطاقه الاستيعابيه لمطارات المملكه
لتشغيل الرحلات المحليه والدوليه.
٢. يتم الاستمرار من التاكد من حاله التحصين بتطبيق "توكلنا".
٣. يبدا العمل بما اشير اليه اعلاه من يوم الاحد بتاريخ
(١١٤٣/٠٣/١١).
٤. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعليم التي تصدرها الهينه يعد مخالفه
صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وستيم اتحاذ الاجراءات النظاميه
بحث المخالف وتح米尔ه المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
