IA طمه التامين Insurance Authority تعم 2025/302/الرقم: ٢٠٠٥٥ م الترتيب: ٢/٤٥ م Dear CEO, Dear CCO, Greetings, Referring to the Royal Decree No. (A/371) dated (24/6/1443 AH), establishing the 22nd of February as the founding day of the Saudi State, or the Founding Day to be an official holiday, and with reference to Article (32) of the Implementing Regulation of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 2/6/1424 AH. All companies shall adhere to the following: - First: Sunday 24/8/1446 AH, corresponding to 23/2/2025 AD, will be an official holiday. - Second: Companies that provide health insurance services must ensure the continuity of their work in the health insurance claims departments during the above-mentioned holiday to meet the needs of the insured and beneficiaries of insurance coverage.
