To: Airlines operating from and to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, their representatives, and ground services provider for private aircrafts.
Subject: Update the passengers data registration system (APP/PNR) To (APP V.26).

Background:
The passengers data registration system (APP/PNR) is in the process of being updated, which requires airlines operating in Saudi Arabia to update the passengers data registration system (APP) to version (APPV.26) that will include the following improvements and features:
(A) The capability of submitting the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) identity number as a travel document with APP data using document type (1).
(B) Possibility of submitting visa information with (APP) data.
(C) A Query Service and Visa Verification.

التعليمات:
All airlines operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall comply with all changes and meet the requirements to update the passenger data registration system (APP), to version (APP V.26) by (31/8/2018).

يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران العامله في المملكه العربيه السعوديه الالترام بتطبيق جميع التغيرات واستقاء المتطلبات اللازمه (APP V.26) الي السحه (APP) التي استعمال و التحقق من صلاحيه التاشيرات.
