This service enables the beneficiary to electronically issue an authorization for another person to visit a Civil Affairs office and complete the service on their behalf. It also provides the ability to view and cancel issued authorizations through Absher Individuals services.

Sign in to Absher platform website
Select "Authorizations" > "Sector Review Authorizations" > "Authorization For Sector Visit service"
Enter the required data
Select "Civil Affairs Sector"
Select service from the following services:
Receive national ID card
Receive birth certificate
Receive family register
Registration of marriage
Registration of divorce
Registration of death
Registration of birth
Update occupation
Receive print
Receive change notifications
Enter the authorized person's ID number
Enter the authorized person's date of birth
Display the authorization details and send the verification code
Enter the verification code and complete the authorization process
Confirm the authorization and send it to the authorized person

Select "Civil Affairs Sector"
Select service from the following services:
