Subject: Registering the immune passengers' data who are traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the online portal dedicated to registering the vaccine. Reference: 1. Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA circular No. (67201/4) dated on 10/05/2021. Instructions: 1. All airlines must announce on their websites and their electronic communication channels that immune passengers must fill out "The registration immunization information form" before traveling to the Kingdom through the following approved website: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home to allow them to register their immunization data and use (Tawakkalna) application in addition, travelers must be informed at the boarding counters. (This is not applicable to Saudi citizens and exempted groups). 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedures will be applied on the violator and will be held responsible. Attachment(s): Nil تسجيل بيانات المسافرين المحسنين من غير المواطنين الي المملكه العربيه السعوديه علي البوابه الالكترونيه المخصصه لتسجيل اللقاح. المرجع: 1. الماده (٢٢) من نظام الطيران المدني. تعميم الهينه العامه للطيران المدني رقم (٧٢٠١/٤) وتاريخ ١٤٤٢/٩/٢٨ التعليمات: يجب علي شركات الطيران الاعلان في مواقعها الالكترونيه ووسايل التواصل الالكترونيه بضروره تعبيه "المنوذج الخاص بتسجيل معلومات التحصين" للمسافرين المحصين قبل قدومهم الي المملكه وذلك من خلال الرابط الالكتروني المعتمد: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home لتسجيل بيانات التحصين ولتمكنهم من استخدام تطبيق توكلنا وكذلك اعلام المسافرين علي كاونترات انهاء اجراءات السفر بذلك. (ولا ينطبق ذلك علي المواطنين السعوديين والفيات المستثنه). ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه لاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف و . تحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
