Subject: Mutual visa exemption for citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and citizens of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina holding (Diplomatic, Special, and Service) passports, from the requirements of short-stay visa. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. All Air Carriers are allowed to transport passengers who are citizens of the Kingdom and the citizens of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina holding (Diplomatic, Special, and Service) passports between the two countries without a short-stay visa, effective from the date of 12/07/2026. 2. All Air Carriers operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars, orders and instructions issued by GACA.
