In reference to the powers vested in the Insurance Authority based on the Council of Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28\01\1445AH, and reference to section (d) of Article 24 of the Anti-Money Laundering Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/20) dated 05/02/1439H.
We hereby inform you of the approval of the Business Risk Assessment Guideline (attached).
Accordingly, insurance companies shall comply with the Business Risk Assessment Guideline as of its issuance date.
