GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including general and private aviation.
Subject:
Removing travel restrictions for passengers travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reference:
1. Article (23) of the civil Aviation Act.
2. GACA Circular No. (4/43917) dated on 02/02/2021.
3. GACA Circular No. (4/67201) dated on 10/05/2021.
4. GACA Circular No. (4/67862) dated on 19/05/2021.
Instructions:
1. Ending the suspension of travel for passengers travelling from the following countries: (United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Japan) with compliance to circular No. (4/67201) dated 10/05/2021 regarding the institutional quarantine guidelines and procedures.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders, and legal procedures shall be instituted against the violators.
3. This circular shall be effective from Sunday, May 30 \( ^{th} \) at 1:00 AM.

التعليمات:
١. انهاء تعليق السفر للقادمين من الدول الثانيه: (دوله الامارات العربيه
المتحده، الولايات المتحده الامريكيه، جمهوريه المانيا الاتحاديه،
ايرلندا، الجهوريه الابطاليه، الجمهوريه البرتغاليه، المملكه المتحده،
مملكه السويد، الاتحاد السويسري، جمهوريه فرنسا، اليابان) مع الاتزام
بما ورد في تعميم رقم (٢٧٢٠) وتاريخ ٢٨٤١٤٥ م و متابعه
تحديثات اليه واجراءات الحجر المؤسسي.
2. ان عدم الاتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه
لاوامر الحكوميه وستتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
و tightيميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
3. يسري العمل بذلك اعتبار من الساعه الواحده من صباح يوم الاحد
