Subject: The exemption of Saudi citizens from the entry visa to Montenegro. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. Allowing all airlines to transport Saudi citizens traveling to Montenegro for entry, transit, and stay without a visa for up to (90) days, with a valid passport. 2. Airlines shall take necessary precautions at the point of embarkation to ensure that persons are in possession of the documents prescribed. prescribed by the States of transit and destination 3. All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars and procedures issued by GACA.
