Greetings,
Reference is made to the Actuarial Work Rules for Insurance issued by the Governor's Decision No. (441/186) dated 06/07/1441H.
We inform you that the Actuarial Reports Schedule for the Year 2023 have been issued in accordance with the above Rules.
Accordingly, all insurance and reinsurance companies shall comply with the attached Schedule and submit the Actuarial Reports prepared in line with the relevant instructions issued by SAMA.

اشاره الي ضوابط الاعمال الاكتواريه المتعلقه بالتامين والصادره
بموجب قرار المحافظ رقم (٤٤١/١/٨٦) وتاريخ ٤١/٤١/٨٦.
نحيطكم باعتماد الجدول الزمني للESCOيل الم تقارير الاكتواريه
للعام ٢٠٣ م حسب ما نصت عليه الضوابط المشار اليها اعلاه.
عليه، يتعين علي كافه شركات التامين واعاده التامين الالتزام
بتسليم التقارير حسب المواعيد الزمنيه المبييه في الجدول المرفق
وفقا للتعليمات الصادره عن البنك المركزي بشانها.

Actuarial Submissions for Year 2023 – Deadlines
* These reports shall be produced for insurance company's internal use and made available to SAMA upon request.
** For reinsurance treaties renewed other than on \(1^{st}\) Jan, actuarial report should be produced as per the above timelines, and unless requested earlier by SAMA, be submitted together with the actuarial report for \(1^{st}\) Jan treaties.
CMA expected deadlines for Financial Reporting(approximately 30 working days after quarter-end and 31 \( ^{st} \) March for year-end reporting)
Expected Eid-break
Timelines for IFRS17-based reporting are tentative and are subject to confirmation of CMA reporting deadlines for Year 2023.
All submissions shall be through RMS
