Therefore, no textual content can be extracted from this image. 280 : مدارد : 2 1443/02/21ه : التاريخ : 28/9/2021م الموقف: بدون Circular To health service providers and private health insurance In accordance with the Cooperative Health Insurance law, promulgated by royal order No. (10/م) dated 1/5/1420 AH, and the Cabinet decree No. (71) dated 4/27/1420 AH, and the Personal Data Protection Law, promulgated by royal order No. (19/م) dated 9/2/1443 AH, and the controls and specifications of national data management and its governance, and the protection of personal data issued by the National Data Management Office (NDMO) as well as the National Health Center and what the Council of Health Insurance CHI issues by the Data management Office, weather policies or instructions to protect the personal data of beneficiaries, and for the purposes of public interest the following shall be obeyed: 1. Each entity must protect personal data of medical services beneficiaries. Each entity shall not and cannot share any beneficiaries' personal data with any third party without a written or implicit approval from the beneficiary after he or she is been informed of the specifications of the shared data through any channel of data exchange. The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance emphasizes on applying this policy with the exception of the following: 1.1 If the collection or the processing of the personal data is required to obey the law in accordance to the laws, the bylaws, or policies enforced by the government of Saudi Arabia; or to fulfill judicial requirements or To implement an obligation under treaties or agreements in which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a party of. All of which must be done through the Data Management Office of the Council of Health Insurance in relation to the business of private health insurance. 1.2 If the collection or the processing of the personal data is necessary to protect personal health, public heath, national interest, or vital interests of individuals. 1.3 If there is a contractual capacity that allows sharing the beneficiary's data with a third party. 2.
