To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation. Subject: Ensuring the importance of compliance by sending SITA messages to all Airport operating companies in the Kingdom. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (5/27182) dated 25/05/2024. 3. GACA Circular No. (256/2/1183) Dated 20/12/2011. Background: Given the observed non-compliance by some airlines including private aviation—in sending all SITA messages (MVT, PTM, FFM, CPM, SLS, ICL, LDM, PRL) to all airports operating companies in the Kingdom, the following instructions must be followed. Instructions: 1. All airlines operating to and from international and regional airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall comply with sending SITA messages (MVT, PTM, FFM, CPM, SLS, ICL, LDM, PRL) to all airports operating companies in the Kingdom, instantly. 2. All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars and procedures issued by GACA.
