Subject: Carrying dangerous and prohibited materials in the impetue: بشان وجود بعض المواد الخطره و المحظور نقلها في impetue: الكراب المحمله علي متن الطايره. Reference: 1-Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law issued by Royal Decree No. M / 44 dated 18/7/1426 AH 2-Part 3 for Chapter 3 of the National Civil Aviation Security Program. Background: Due to the noticeable and frequent increase in the presence of some dangerous and prohibited materials in the passengers' luggage on board, such as (pepper spray, tear gas) and other prohibited items that contain an irritant or immobilizer. Instructions: All airlines operating in Saudi Arabia's airports, including general aviation, must adhere to the following: 1. The security measures mentioned in the National Aviation Security Program (part three for chapter Three). 2. The security programs of airlines operating in KSA airports and relating to the dangerous & prohibited materials. 3. Informing travelers by all possible means during the booking process, purchasing tickets and at the check-in counters all procedures & penalties that resulting in from carrying these materials. 4. 4. Ensure that travelers do not carry any dangerous & prohibited materials at the counters or through the check-in machines. Attachment(s): N/A. نظرا للتدایید الملحوظ و المتكر في وجود بعض المواد المحظور نقلها داخل حقايب الركاب المحوله مثل (عبوات رذاذ الفلفل، الغاز المسيل للدموع) و غيرها من المواد المحظوره التي تحتوي علي ماده مهيجه او شاله للحركه. التعليمات: يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران العام الالتزام بالاتي: ١. الاجراءات الامنيه الوارده في البرنامج الوطني لان الطيران (المرفق الثالث للفصل الثالث) ٢. برامج شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه الامنيه و المتعلقه بالمواد الخطره والمحذوره. ٣. ابلاغ المسافرين بكل الوسايل الممكنه اثناء عمليه الحجز وشراء التذاكر و عند كاونترات اتمام اجراءات السفر بتلك المواد ما يترتب علي حملها من اجراءات او عقوبات. ٤. التنويه علي جميع المسافرين بعدم حمل اي مواد محضوره عند الكاونترات او من خلال اجزه اصدار بطاقات الصعود. :المرفقات لا يوجد. المؤسسه الرييسيه لامياسات الاقتصاديه والمتثلي لاجوي President Economic Policies and Air Transport Assistant President of Economic Policies and Air Transport
