Subject: الموضوع: The compliance with matching travel documents of all passengers traveling through the Kingdom's airports. الالتزام بمطابقه و ثايق السفر لجميع المسافرين عبر مطارات المملكه. Reference: المرجع: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. Article No. (138) of the Civil Aviation Law. 3. GACA Circular No. (30830/5) dated on 19/02/2023. 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. 2. الماده رقم (١٣٨) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٣. تعميم الهييه رقم (٣٠٨٠٧/٢٨) وتاريخ (١٤٤٤/٧٧) نبوده: Background: Due to the continuous non-compliance of some airlines with the procedures of matching passengers' travel documents (Passport - Visas) with the boarding pass, the following must be complied with: نظرا نظرا لاستمرار عدم التزام بعض شركات الطيران بمطابقه واتق السفر الخاصه بالمسافر (جواز سفر - تاشيرات) مع بطاقه صعود الطايره وجب التاكيد بالالتزام بالتالي: التعليمات: Instructions: 1. When boarding passengers, all airlines must ensure that the travel documents such as (Passports – Visas) are valid for all passengers traveling through the Kingdom's airports, and comply with the procedures of matching travel documents with the boarding pass. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران عند تصعيد المسافرين التاكد من صحه واثق السفر لجميع المسافرين عبر مطارات المملكه (جوز سفر – تاشيرات والالتزام بمطابقتها مع بطاقه صعود الطايره. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
