GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.
Subject:
Exemption of Saudi citizens and their non-citizens companions, coming from Ukraine from the (PCR) test requirement.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of the civil Aviation Act.
Instructions:
1. Airlines must exempt all Saudi citizens and their non-citizen companions coming to the Kingdom from Ukraine, from the requirement of (PCR) test, provided that a (Covid-19) test is done within (48) hours after their arrival to the Kingdom.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.

بما يشمل الطيران الخاص.

التعليمات:
يجب علي شركات الطيران استثناء المواطنين ومراقبهم من غير
المواطنين القادمين من اوكرانيا الي المملكه من اجراء فحص
(PCR) علي ان يتم عمل فحص كورونا لعينه تؤخذ خلال (48)
ساعه بعد وصولهم الي المملكه.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه بعد مخالفه صريحه
لاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
