To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject:
The visa exemption is for citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who are traveling to the Kingdom of Thailand.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.
Instructions:
1. Airlines are allowed to transport Saudi citizens to the Kingdom of Thailand without requiring a visa (Tourism, Commercial contracts, or Express work).
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the government's orders. Violators will be held responsible, and legal procedures will be initiated against them.

1. السماح لشركات الطيران بنقل المسافرين من مواطني المملكه الي
مملكه تايلند دون الحاجه الي تاشيره ( السياحه او التعاقدات التجاريه او
العمل العاجل).
٢. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
