IA هييه التامين Insurance Authority تعم 202506/310/الرقم: 202506/01: 202506/01: 202506/01: 202506/01: 202506/01: 202506/01: 202506 Dear CEO, Dear CCO, Greetings, Reference to responsibilities of Insurance Authority mandated by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (85) dated 28/1/1445 AH, particularly article (3) which states: "The Authority aims to regulate, supervise, and monitor the insurance sector in the Kingdom to support and enhance its effectiveness. It also seeks to raise insurance awareness, protect the rights of the insured and beneficiaries, stabilize, develop, and promote the insurance sector, contribute to financial stability, and promote the principles and elements of the insurance contractual relationships". We inform you of the adoption of media campaign for the travel insurance awareness according to attached content of this Circular. Therefore, insurance companies offering travel insurance product shall interact in the Travel Insurance Awareness Campaign launched by the Authority, up to the date of 12/6/2025AD. Licensed insurance companies must submit report to the Authority regarding their participation in the campaign and the activities they have undertake, via email: المحترم المحترم المحترم المحترم المحترم المحترم المحترم المحترم سعاده الرييس التنفيذي مسؤول الالترام السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته، اشاره الي اختصارات هييه التامين الوارده في تنظيمها الصادر بموجب قرار مجلس المؤره رقم (85) وتاریز 12/8 ومنها ما نصت عليه الماده الثالثه ونظها "تهدف الهييه الي تنظيم قطاع التامين في المملكه والاشراف والرقابه عليه بما يдعمه ويعزز من فاعليته، وتعمل علي تنميه الوعي التاميني، وحمايه حقوق المؤمن لهم والمس تفيدين، واستقرار قطاع التامين والمساهيمه في الاستقرار المالي وتعزيز وتنميه قطاع التامين، والعمل علي ترسيخ مبادث العلاقه التعاقديه التامينيه واركانها". نفيدكم باعتماد الحمله الاعلاميه التوعويه لتمين السفر وفقا لم يثممنه العرض التوضيحي المرفق بهذا التعمين. عليه، يتعين علي شركات التامين التي تقدم منتج تامين السفر بالتفاع في الحمله التوعويه لتامين السفر التي اطلقتها الهييه، وذلك حتي تاريخ: م.2025/6/12 كما يتعين علي شركات التامين المرحصه رفع تقرير الي الهييه عن مشاركتها في الحمله والاعمال التي قامت بها، من خلال البريد الالكتروني: COMMUNICATIONS@IA.GOV.SA To be informed and comply with. للاطلاع والعمل بموجه.
