Minister of Foreign Affairs No. (283153) dated in 3/11/1440, and No. (290523) dated in 18/12/1440. برقيه معالي وزير الخارجيه رقم (٢٨٣١٥٣) واتريخ 1440/17/18 واتريخ (29, 223) 1440/17/3 Background: Some cases have been reported about Saudi nationals departing from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holding regular passports with a visa whether it is expired, not active yet, or an E-visa that is not activated by the country of destination, which exposes them upon arrival to the following:- 1. Denial of entry to the state 2. Hold at the airport for a long time 3. Force to return back to Saudi Arabia تم رصد بعض الحالات لEOUTIN سعودين مغادرين من مطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بجوزات سفر عاديه بالتثييرات سفر اما متتهيه الملاحيه او تبدا بالسيران بتاريخ متاخر او تاشيرات الكترونيه لم يتم تغيها من بلد الوجهه، مما يعرضهم الثاء الوصول لبلد الوجهه، للعوايق التاليه: ١. المنع من دخول الدوله ٢. المكوت في المطار لفرقه طويله ٣. اعادتهم الي المملكه. Instructions: All Air Carriers operating at the airports of Saudi Arabia are obligated to check visas before embarking and departing to ensure of visas activation and validation. Any Air Carrier violates this will be subjected to legal actions. التعليمات: كافه شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه ملوMOYA بالتدقيق علي التاشيرات قبل السفر، وقبل الصعود للطايره للتاكد من تقعيل وسريان التاشيرات وسلامتها. واي مخالفه لذلك ستكون شركه الناقله عرضه للاجراءات القانونيه.
