Subject: Update on the procedures for handling cases of cancelled flight tickets due to (COVID-19) pandemic. الموضوع: تحديد اليه معالجه تذاكر السفر للرحلات الجويه (الم革اه بسبب جايحه كورونا (كوفيد - 19). Reference: المرجع: 1. Article (23, 134) of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA Circular No. (4/15152) dated 10/10/2021 1. الماده (١٣٣، ٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٢. تعميم الهييه رقم (٤) و تاريخ ٤/١٥١٥) ٢. Instructions: 1. Airlines that have cancelled any flights due to COVID-19 pandemic, and yet not settled ticket claims of passengers who were affected by such cancellation until the issuing date of this circular, shall refund the ticket price (for the unused route), automatically upon the passenger's demand. 2.
