GACA Circular
To: All Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including General Aviation.
Subject: Ensure the registration on (Muqeem) platform.
Reference:
1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. GACA Circular No. (4/73943) dated 13/06/2021.
Instructions:
- All Airlines operating in Saudi Arabia must ensure that any non-citizen traveller and his companion must be registered in (Muqeem) platform before arrival to the Kingdom.
- Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible.

الي: جميع الناقلات العامله بمطرات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل
الطيران العام.
الموضوع: التاكد من التسجيل في منصه مقيم.
المرجع:
1. الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني.
٢. تعميم الهييه رقم (٤/٧٣٩٣) وتاريخ ١٣/١٠٣.
التعليمات:
• علي جميع الناقلات الجويه العامه في مطارات المملكه التاكد من
عدم قدوم اي مسافر ومرافقيه من غير المواطنين الي المملكه الا بعد
التسجيل في منصه (مقيم).
• ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه
لاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
وتحميله المسيوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.

To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.
Subject:
The importance of ensuring that the non-citizen passengers coming to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have completed registration of immunization data before departure.
Reference:
1. Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Act.
2. GACA circular No. (4/67862) dated on 19/05/2021.
Instructions:
1. All airlines must ensure that all non-citizen passengers and their companions have completed filling out their immunization data in the “vaccination registration” website before departure to the Kingdom, through the following website:
(https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home).
Airlines can verify the successful completion of the registration process for passengers by one of the following methods:
a) Presenting a successful registration message on the mobile phone.
b) Printed certificate with the registration number.
c) Verifying the registration using passport number through the website mentioned above.
2. These procedures will be effective from Wednesday 16 \( ^{th} \) June 2021.
3. Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violator who will be held responsible for the violation.
