Subject: The cancelation of visas sticker (Diplomatic, Special, Education, Transit) for all the Kingdom's missions abroad. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (11940/5) Dated 25/11/2023. 3. GACA Circular No. (5040/1/5) Dated 07/09/2023. 4. Gaca Circular No. (495/1/5) Dated 24/07/2023. 5. Gaca Circular No. (38890/5) Dated 18/04/2023. Background: Appending to the issued GACA Circular regarding the cancelation of (Work, Visit, Residence) visas sticker issued by the Kingdom's Embassies and Diplomatic Missions abroad and replacing it with the digital visa form, accordingly, the service will be activated on the remaining types of visas (Diplomatic, Special, Education, Transit) as of the date of 20/02/2024. Instructions: 1. All airlines are allowed to transport passengers coming to the Kingdom holding (Diplomatic, Special, Education, Transit) visas from all the Kingdom's missions abroad. 2. This circular is effective from 20/02/2024. 3. Sticker visas issued before the date referred to in Paragraph No. (2) above are considered valid. 4. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
