Subject: Obligation to adhere to Circulars issued by the GACA. Reference: 1. Article no. (23) of the civil aviation act. 2. Article no. (138) of the civil aviation act. 3. NATFP (Edition 2). 4. GACA circular No. (5/57110) dated 21/06/2022. Instructions: 1. Airlines must not board passengers, coming to the Kingdom, who do not possess (MRTD) passports or holding any travel documents that were issued manually for extending the validity of the passport. 2. When boarding passengers, airlines must ensure that travel documents of passengers, such as (Passports – Visas), are valid and matches with the details given in their boarding passes. 3. All airlines must comply with the following: a. Aircraft operators shall be responsible for the cost of detention and care for all passengers who are inadmissible to the Kingdom on account of faulty travel documents or other reasons. b. Aircraft operators shall return inadmissible passengers either, on the return flight that (he/she) came, or on the earliest possible flight operated by any other airline operator. c. The aircraft operator or his authorized agent shall have the right to recover from the inadmissible passenger the costs related to his deportation and care. 4. Airlines must comply with GACA circulars and increase the awareness through training their employees on the regulations and procedures applied in the Kingdom, and updating the procedures manuals in accordance with the circulars and instructions issued by the GACA. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: الالتزام والتقيد بالتعاميم الصادره من الهييه العامه للطيران المدني. المرجع: 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٢. الماده رقم (١٣٨) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٣. البرنامج الوطني لتسهيلات النقل الجوي (الطريقه الثانيه). ٢. تعميم الهييه رقم (٥٧١/٢٢ وتاريخ ٢٧١/٢٤). التعليمات: يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران عدم قبول تصعيد المسافرين الذين لا يحملون جوازات سفر مقروعه اليا، او اي جوازات تم تمديد فتره صلاحيتها يدوي للقادمين الي المملكه. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران عند تصعيد المسافرين التاكد من صحه واثق السفر اجمع المسافرين عبر مشارك المملكه (جوز سفر - تاشيرات) والالتزام بمطابقتها مع بطاقه صعود الطايره. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران ان تلتزم بالتالي: ان يكون مشغل الطايره مسولا عن تكلفه الاحتجاز والرعايه لجميع الاشخاص الممنوعين من الدخول نتيجه لمشكلات في الوثايق او لاسباب اخري. ب- يتم اعاده المسافر المعداد من قبل مشغل الطايره علي الرحله التي قدم عليها او اقرب رحله طيران علي اي مشغل طيران اخر. ت - لا يحرم مشغل الطايره او وكيله المعتمد من حقه في ان يستعيد من المرحل التكاليف المتعلقه بترحيله ورعايته. يجب علي شروات الطيران الالتزام بالتعاميم الصادره من الهييه العامه للطيران المدني وتكثيف الحملات التوعويه بالانظمه والاجراءات المعمول بها في المملكه، وتدريب العاملين عليها وTCDYTT : 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 وTCDYTT : 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 الصادره من الهييه. +977 11 050 7777 +97711 050 7777 +97711 050 7777 +97711 050 7777 +97711 050 7777 +97711 05 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, P.O Box 47360 Riyadh 11552 Tel: +966 11 525 3333 Fax: +966 11 525 3222 gaca.gov.sa الرقم التاريخ الرقفات VISION d 19 230 GACA® الهييه العامه للطيران المدني General Authority of Civil Aviation (٢٥١) قطع السياسات الاقتصاديه والتعلان الدولي 5.
