In reference to the powers vested in the Insurance Authority based on the Council of Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28\01\1445AH, and the Anti-Money Laundering Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/20) dated 05/02/1439H, and Law of Combating Crimes of Terrorism and its Financing issued by Royal Decree No. (M/21) dated 12/02/1439H.
We would like to inform you that the competent authority has approved the Enhanced Due Diligence Guideline.
Therefore, Insurance Companies shall comply with the attached Enhanced Due Diligence Guideline, and its implementation must take place within (30) days from its date.
