Subject: Compliance with collecting and sending passenger and crew member data to the traveler security system before obtaining a take-off permit. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (4/66294) Dated on 04/05/2021. Instructions: 1. All Private aviation operators and service providers must comply with sending the passengers and crew member's data, accurately and on time, to the traveler security system before obtaining a take-off permit. This must include (Passenger's name, document type, document number, document expiry date, gender, nationality, and date of birth). As necessary, it is to update the list in case of any additions or deletions. 2. In case of any operational or technical issues, the Carrier Compliance Department in the National Traveler Security Center should be contacted Via email (Pac@ntc.gov.sa). 3. Failure to comply with GACA circulars is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against them, and violators shall be held responsible.
