GACA® الهييه العامه للطيران المدني General Authority of Civil Aviation Safety Bulletin SB No.: 001 Issued: 23 March 2016 Subject: Transportation of lithium batteries as cargo. Ref Publications: IATA Lithium Battery Guidance Document Revised 9 March 2016 Applicability: All air operators and dangerous goods preparers. Description: The International Civil Aviation Organization who sets the international standards related to the safe transportation of dangerous goods by air has identified lithium batteries as a significant safety risk to civil aviation and thus set stringent safety standards for transmitting lithium batteries by air. Recently, the ICAO Technical Instructions related to the safe transportation of dangerous goods by air have been amended to prohibit the carriage of lithium-ion batteries as cargo on passenger aircraft. All other transportation of lithium batteries is strictly regulated under the provisions prescribed in the ICAO Technical Instructions. Recommendations: 1) Dangerous good preparers must ensure that when they prepare lithium batteries for transportation by air (including any equipment that contains lithium batteries) that they do so in accordance with the technical requirements prescribed in GACAR Part 109 and the ICAO Technical Instructions. Safety Bulletin SB No.: 001 Issued: 23 March 2016 الموضوع: نقل بطاريات اللبشوم عن طريق الشحن الجوي مرجع المنشوره: وثيقه الارشاد من قبل الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي في ما يخص بطاريات اللبشوم. تم مراجعتها بتاريخ 9 مارس ٢٠١٦ امكانيه التطبيق: الي جميع المشغلين الجويين ومعدي氧偶 oxظره. وصف: منظمه الطيران المدني الدولي (الايكوا) هي الجنه التي تحدد الماعير الدوليه فيما يخص النقل الامن للمواد الخطره عن طريق الجو wed حددت ان بطاريات اللابيوم تشكل خطرا كبير علي سلامه الطيران المدني، وباتالي و صعت المنظمه معابير صارمه لسلامه نقل بطاريات اللابيوم عن طريق الجو. تم مؤخرا تعديل التعليمات الفنيه لمنظمه الطيران المدني الدولي المتعلقه بالنقل الامن للمواد الخطره عن طريق الجو بحظر نقل بطاريات اللابيوم ايون عن طريق الجو علي طايرات الركاب. علما بان هناك انظمه وتعليمات صارمه لاستخدام جميع وسايل النقل الاخري لبطاريات اللابيوم وفق الاحكام المنصوص عليها في التعليمات الفنيه من قبل منظمه الطيران المدني الدولي.
