To: Airlines operating to airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Subject: Scheduled dates for carrying Umrah passengers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
الي: شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه.
الموضوع: مواعيد نقل المعتمرين الي المملكه العربيه
السعوديه.

Background:
The vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 aims to increase the number of Umrah passengers which need to be organized to provide distinguished services to the guests of the Holy Mosque. This circular supersedes the previous General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) circular No. 256/5/20621 dated on 17/9/1438AH.

والتي تحتاج الي تنظيم لتقدم محمه لضيوف بيت الله الحرام. هذا
التعميم يلغي تعميم الهييه العامه للطيران المدني السابق رقم
٢٠٦١/٩/١٧ و تاريخ ٢٠٦١/٥/٢٥٦
Instructions:
All airlines carrying Umrah passengers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on scheduled or charter flights should follow the following:
التعليمات:
علي شركات الطيران الناقله للمعتمرين علي رحلاتها المنتظمه او
العارضه الالتزام بما يلي:
1. Umrah season starts in 1 \( ^{st} \) of Muharram, of each Hijri year.
2. Umrah season finishes in 29 \( ^{th} \) of Shawwal, of each Hijri year.
3. In case of violation of these instructions, penalties will be imposed according to the law.
1. يبدا موسم العمره في (1) محرم من كل عام هجري.
2. ينتهي موسم العمره في (29) شوال من كل عام هجري.
3. في حال مخالفه التعليمات، فسوف يتم تطبيق ما تقتضيه
الانظمه.
