GACA Circular
To: All Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including general aviation.
Subject: Allowing Saudi Citizens to travel abroad and return to the Kingdom.
الموضوع: السماح للمواطنين السعوديين بالسفر الي خارج
المملكه والعوده اليها.
Reference:
1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act.
2. GACA circular No. (4/36252) dated on 03-01-2021.
Instructions:
GACA would like to notify all airlines operating in the kingdom airports that as of 06:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 31-03-2021 the following will take place:
1. Allowing Saudi citizens to travel abroad and return to the Kingdom.
2. Fully lifting the suspension on all international flights.
3. Fully opening all kingdom airports.
- When implementing the above instructions, the procedures and precautions shall be in accordance with the concerned committee that take all precautionary and necessary measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, in the Kingdom.
- What is stated in this circular does not apply to countries in which the concerned committee decides to suspend travel to or from due to the outbreak of the new Corona virus
- What is stated in this circular shall not violate any conditions or approved requirements related to the restrictions or ban on travel for reasons that are not related to preventing the spread of (Covid-19).

تود الهييه العامه للطيران المدني احاطه جميع الناقلات العامه
بمطارات المملكه بانه من الساعه السادسه من صباح يوم الاریعاء
الموافق ٢٠١-٣-٣ م سيتم تطبيق الاتي:
1. السماح للمواشين السعوديين بالسفر الي خارج المملكه
والعوده اليها.
. رفع تعليق رحلات الطيران الدوليه بشكل كامل.
٢. فتح مطارات المملكه بشكل كامل.
يراعي عند تنفيذ التعليمات اعلاه الاجراءات والضوابط
والاحترازات التي تضعها اللجنه المعنيه باتخاذ جميع
الاجراءات الاحترازيه اللازمه لمنع تفشي فيروس كورونا
في المملكه.
لا يسري ما ورد في هذا التعميم علي الدول التي تقرر اللجنه
المعنيه تعليق السفر اليها او القدم منها نتيجه لتفشي
فيروس كورونا المستجد فيها.
لا يخل ما ورد في هذا التعميم باي اشتراطات او ضوابط
معتمده تتصل بالمنع من السفر او تقييده لاسباب لا علاقه
لها بالحد من تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد بالمملكه
