اشاره الي التعميم رقم (٢٧) لعام ٢٠٠٢،寄ال الريييس لقطع النقل البحري بالطبيه العامه للنقل، بشان تطبيق وتنفيذ الاتفاقيه الدوليه لمنع التلوث البحري من السفن ماربول ٢٣/٧٨ وتعديلاتها والمنضم التاكيد علي ضروره تطبيق وانفاذ القرارات الصادره عن المنطقه البحرييه الدوليه التي دخلت
حيز التنفيذ في عام ٢٢، وعلب جميع شركات اداره السفن وهينات والصنيف ومحتلف الهجيات المختصه المسؤوله عن تطبيق وتنفيذ متطلبات القرارات الصادره عن لجنه حمايه البييه البحرييه في
الجدول ادناه والموضع به تواريخ دخولها حيز النفاذ تنفيذ تلك القرارات كلا فيما يخص:

Related to Implementation and Enforcement of the International
Convention for the Prevention of
Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78
and its Amendments

- National Center for Environment Compliance (Chief Executive Officer for the center).
- All classification societies authorities in KSA
- Whom it may concern.
In compliance with the requirements of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78 and its amendments, TGA emphasizes on the necessity to implement and enforce the Resolutions issued by the International Maritime Organization IMO which entered into force in 2021, therefore all ship management companies, classification societies, and other relevant entities responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the Marine Environment Protection Committee resolutions set out in the (attached table) with it dates of entry into force each in its areas of competence.

والبييه الجدول (الرفق نسخه منه) والوضع به تواريح دخولها
حيز النفاذ تنفيذ تلحك القرارات كلا فيما يخصبه.
